Missy was everything you could hope for in an agent. I hadn't done a real estate transaction in 40 years and she was spot on throughout the process so that there were no surprises. The seller used a redfin agent and that was night and day different from Missy, but she essentially took on the work of two agents to get a tumultuous deal seen through to the end. Her willingness to work past 9pm on a Sunday to finally get the seller to agree to our terms was the creme de la creme.
